Teacher & Staff Wellness

Our teachers and staff who dedicate countless hours into providing the best education to our student community of CUSD deserve nothing but the best. The recent pandemic highlighted how our amazing teachers stepped up for our youth. Diving into the unknown required grit, stamina and a great deal of pivoting!

And, because you must Be Well to Teach Well, we believe that teacher and staff wellness is integral to a healthy school community.

Resources for Teachers/Staff:

Care Solace: If you or a family member are struggling with mental health or substance use issues, remember that help is available. Care Solace is a complimentary and confidential coordination service provided by CUSD available to you and/or your family member. It is available 24/7/365 to help you find mental health care or substance use treatment providers. Call 888-515-0595 for multilingual support or visit caresolace.com/cusd to search for providers on your own or receive assistance through video chat, email, or phone.

Teacher/Staff Wellness Group:  The Teacher/Staff Wellness group is offered weekly. You can attend one, you can attend all, you can attend "as needed." The group is confidential and the focus is your self-care and wellness within a supportive community. This group is available to educators and staff of CUSD and is held via zoom on Mondays at 3:30pm.
