LCAP Budget & Plan

The Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) is the  spending plan that accompanies the District's budget. It is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes that address state and local priorities.

The Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF) allows local stakeholders to have more flexibility to make decisions that best meet the needs of the students in the district.

The Learning Continuity and Attendance Plan (LCP) guides the accountability requirements to mitigate the learning loss due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The plan addresses the challenges while focusing on accelerated learning.

The Cabrillo Unified School District is required to notify members of the public of the opportunity to submit written comments regarding the specific actions and expenditures proposed to be included in the Local Control and Accountability Plan. (Education Code 52068(a)(3)
